2. The average product development and manufacturing cycle takes 9 to 15 months from concept to delivery. The earlier we can discuss your needs and objectives, the better.

3. Because we do worldwide sourcing to obtain the finest quality for the best price, there are production minimums. Typical minimum production quantities range from 300 to 3,000 pieces, depending on the product category.

4. Once a custom product concept and terms have been approved, color illustrations and/or technical drawings are completed. From those, a product prototype is made.

5. Following customer approval of the prototype (sample), production begins.
