Each year DesignMasters creates an HIV/AIDS custom ornament keepsake, a solid brass design with a 24 karat gold and enamel finish. Proceeds from the sale of this ornament support grassroots organizations committed to stopping the spread of HIV and to providing services to those who live with the disease.
